Where are we located?
We operate out of our house in Brisbane, Australia! If you’re local to us, you’re more than welcome to select pick up at checkout. Please then send us a dm on Instagram or an email, to arrange a pickup time. We also host in person events!
Live Sales:
Live Sales are held on our Instagram @clarityandcleanse every second Wednesday. Any live sale information or early table reveals can be found throughout our Instagram bio and posts. The live sales are an amazing opportunity to join the C&C community, meet like-minded people, take home your next piece for your collection and play some fun games! Live Sales are the first place that new stock becomes available and there's something for everyone at all price points. We hope to see you there!
Shipping options:
Which shipping should I select - $15 or $20?
This is up to your discretion & anyone who chooses to select the $20 large order shipping to help us off set the shipping costs, is very appreciated. Anything OVER 1kg, costs us $20 to send, so please take your basket size & weight into consideration while selecting a shipping option. Large boxes can cost us up to $70 to send. We of course cover any extra postage, the cost of the box, the label, the packing materials + all of the freebies we place in the box. We also pay to insure ALL parcels that we send out, at our cost.
What is an openbox?
An openbox is ideal for anyone wanting to stockpile their items here across multiple live sales, to save on shipping. You can also open box if you'd rather recieve one larger order, instead of multiple small ones! When you select open box at checkout while paying for your items, we then safely store your basket for you in our holding cupboard. You're then free to shop again & we will combine your orders for you consistently. When you decide to finally pay your shipping, we ship ALL items that we have here for you, for the cost of 1x shipping fee. Please note your order will not be shipped until you then pay the shipping fee.
Please note we reserve the right to ask you to pay the shipping fee at any time including: your basket has
become too large for us to store in the holding cupboard, you have not added to your basket across multiple live sales or you have a new order go unpaid & are now banned from participating in live sales. In the instance that multiple attempts of contact have been made & ignored requesting the payment of the shipping fee (across a minimum of 6 months), we reserve the right to donate the contents of the open basket to our next charity live sale
Preorders:
We often run website pre-orders for various items (including carved per order crystals & stock from other small businesses.) It's important to read all details listed in the description of pre-order listed items, before purchasing. Pre-order items will not be refundable due to change of mind. Pre-order time frames will be individually listed under each item and may take up to 8-10+ weeks to arrive.
Custom Sources:
One of our passions is pairing people with pieces they truly resonate with and feel as though they need in their collection. We offer custom sources without a custom sourcing fee, so the price you'll be quoted for a custom sourced item will match what the item would have normally been priced at on the website. We commonly custom source carvings for people and can reorder nearly anything listed on our website or seen in our live sales. Missing &/or damaged parcels:
We pay to insure all parcels that we send, out of pocket & we wrap with EXTREME care. Very rarely do we have something arrive broken, however crystals are fragile & despite the fragile tape that we put around each box, Aus post can be incredibly rough. In the instance that an item arrives broken, please keep all original packaging & send us a photo. Pending the value of the item, we may ask you to present the item to your local Australia post location, so we can claim the insurance. We may ask you to send the item back to us. We WILL offer a full refund as an option on any items that arrive damaged or broken (however they do need to be different to what they were presented as during the live sale). We will not be liable for replacing any missing parcels that Australia post can prove were delivered safely. If your address is unreliable for receiving parcels or has a high postage theft rate (main roads, apartment complexes ect) please send us a dm before we send your parcel, so we can add $2.95 signature on delivery
