Refund policy

Damages and issues 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. The team at Clarity and Cleanse will always aim for complete customer satisfaction.

We have a 3 day claim policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your order to request a refund due to damaged or missing items.

To be elligible for a refund, you need to be within the 3 day claim period and must be able to supply photos of the damaged product. Please be advised the Clarity and Cleanse team fulfill and package orders with extreme care and have a system in place to verify items sent in orders. If the circumstances surrounding your refund request are in relation to missing item(s) from your order, please take clear photos of all sides of the box, as we may request these to supply to the shipping courier.

Any damaged or broken items may need to be returned to Clarity and Cleanse, a shipping label will be supplied if this is applicable. All damaged items will also need to be taken into your closest Australia Post location, for them to assess the damage. All packages sent from Clarity and Cleanse are fully insured, and to receive a refund will need to go through the Australia post refund process. 

  

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned/refunded. This includes anything with natural damage (cracks, marks ect.) or anything that had pre-disclosed damage.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns/refunds on gift cards.

Clarity and Cleanse will not be held liable for any orders dispatched to the wrong address, due to customer error.


Refunds
We will always communicate with you in regard to returns and refunds.  Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
