NEW CUSTOMER - non refundable deposit

Hi!

If you are a new customer in a live sale with us & you are building a large basket and/or claiming a statement piece, we may ask you to purchase one of these non refundable deposits, before we allocate you the item or allow your basket size to increase. This allows us the protection of knowing you have the intention to pay for your items + means our other customers don’t miss out unfairly. 

If you choose to purchase the deposit listing to secure your items, the deposit is NON REFUNDABLE, meaning even if you choose to cancel your basket, we will keep the deposit as a restocking fee. 

The deposit will be deducted from your final total at the end of the live sale.
