Jakara’s pick boxes will not be refunded due to change of mind, however are guaranteed to have the correct value. 

All boxes are guaranteed to have at least one full size item, you will not receive tumbles, roughs or mini carvings in these boxes. I am known to go overboard with my gifting, so there will definitely be boxes that go over value.

We have a response box at checkout (usually intended for people to close their open box) - feel free to use this box to give colour & theme suggestions. I will do my best to pick from any suggestions given, however boxes will be chosen from our available stock & the suggestions may not always be able to be followed.
